I can't start to express what a great tour this is. Make no mistake it's a lot of travelling but so worth it. Day 1 was a trip to rio lagartos and a boat trip to see flamingos, crocodiles and eagles as well as a visit to the salt flats absolutely amazing. Day 2 was an early start and a visit to chichen itza at sunrise, we were among 12 people on the whole site and our tour guide Daniel was so knowledgeable he really bought the ruins to life. Then came a visit to the cenotes and a swim in the cave. Followed over the next few days were ruin visits more beautiful than the previous. Private beaches, great food, wonderful company and wildlife and beauty that will stay with me forever. You have truly out done yourselves with this tour TUI and our tour guide Daniel was so special and made us feel like family. We are forever thankful.

We LOVED both our tours. Both our guides were fantastic. Tip for whale sharks, you cannot wear sunscreen around the sharks so do it well before hand. The pick up from Tulum is very early. Buy the photos if you do not have a GoPro. Make sure to have at least $40 USD on you (pictures) and there are other extras. SO many sharks!! You get up close and it’s an amazing experience!!! Oh yeah, Dramamine! Our guide had some, but it’s a bumpy ride, and seasickness is common. Chichen Itza and Ik Kil cenote was fantastic. A dip in the cool cenote was great after walking in the heat in Chichen Itza. Hire a guide in Chichen Itza, about 600 pesos. Also sunscreen and hat are a must. You get a better deal from vendors in USD, they charge more in pesos. Cenote has a locker for a price, our guide was nice enough to watch our bags. Then a shopping stop (a little pricy) in a colonial town. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend this tour company. There customer service was great and dealt professionally with any issues we had!

We stayed as a family at the Hotel Esencia for Easter. The hotel recommended Lucas as a diving and snorkeling guide. He took my 12 and 13 year old boys on a snorkeling trip to the Cenotes the first day and they had an awesome time exploring the caves and loved the clear, freshwater pools. The second day Lucas picked them up from the shore of Esencia and they went scuba diving in the ocean. They saw beautiful coral and fish. Lucas was an expert in the water, and also a genuinely fun and upbeat person. He took good care of the boys and they thoroughly enjoyed their adventures with him.
