Even though it poured rain the entire day we had a fun time! The highlight of our day was definitely white water rafting. We were freezing and not sure if we should do it but our instructor Yuriel gave us the best experience!! we all warmed up immediately and he was so funny and had us laughing the whole time. We had so much fun we wanted to go twice in a row and he was so nice to take us again. Yuriel was the best!!

A lot of awesome extreme activities that sre fun and scary ;)
The best one? Rafting with a guide named Yomara. She was super fun , made us do all sorts of things i havent done in any rafting river. And she made it 1000 times better :)
Definitely worth a trip ;)

This park was so much fun and well worth the ticket price.
Pros:
- Facilities are clean and beautiful
- Staff is friendly and helpful
- Short wait times (in low season)
- Can purchase tickets to include transportation
- Snack bar with healthy snacks and drinks and full buffet lunch included
Cons:
- The official park transportation only brought us to the park at about 10 AM when it opens at 8:30
- During low season, some rides only open for a couple of hours
Ride reviews:
Puma (all-terrain vehicles) - Very bumpy and fun! Be prepared to get muddy
Crocodile (kayaking) - okay but boring compared to the other activities.
Monkey (ropes course) - extremely challenging, even on the easiest level, but seemed very safe. Not good if you are afraid of heights!
Hawk (zip line) - a lot of fun, more fun than we expected based on reviews
Dragonfly (speedboat) - our favorite, so much fun that we rode it twice in a row. Be prepared to get soaked.
Barracuda (rafting) - unfortunately did not get to this one as it was only open for 3 hours.
Tips: wear closed-toed water shoes or you will end up spending $37 USD for a pair in the gift shop. Don't expect to take anything around with you, it all must be locked in the locker for rides. Wear sun protection!

We had the best time at Xavage! So much fun and so much adrenaline throughout the day!
Started off with the monster trucks, and it was incredible. So much fun and so exhilarating!
The course is great with lots of obstacles, and even mud pits. Loved this!
Next we went rafting, this was my wife’s favorite!!! We had YOMARA and she made the entire experience SO ENJOYABLE. She’s full of energy, and positive vibes, and honestly she deserves a raise, or at least a training position because ALL of your guides should be as fun as her!!!! Thank you YOMARA!
Next we did the hawk flight which was enjoyable! It was a little slow, but so so fun either way!
Lastly we did the monkeys obstacle course and we loved it so much! We didn’tcatch any of the workers names, but we had told a few of them that we were on our honeymoon, and they congratulated us the entire way.
We also ate at the buffet, which wasn’t anything overly special, but the food was still good, and re-energized us after the obstacle course. We also had a server that was really awesome, I don’t recall his name, but he brought My wife and I a double shot of espresso to try and wake us up.
We will definitely return to this park with our kids!

Monster was our first activity and we highly recommend it. Cristell, Axel and Edwin from monster are very nice people, they treated us very well. A 10/10, but my girlfriend and I concluded that the seats should be improved.
Dragonfly, it was a very good experience, incredible with its 360 degree turns. Kaleb is a good pilot.
Rafting, Freddy was very friendly, we liked the treatment.
Very slow falcon flight but I liked it, I don't remember all the staff but they made me feel safe and it is close to the rope course Mike and Julio.
The food is very good, it is one of my favorite parks. I hope to return next year.

We liked David and Cristell from Monster a lot but the condition of the carts is not very good, since the broken seats could be better, I give them an 8.
Libélula, is so amazing, don't even say incredible 10/10, Michel a very charismatic boy and the pilot.
Rafting, I loved the staff, they have a good speech and the dynamic.
Falcon flight, can be more fast, I don’t like, cause is slow.
Monos, it’s a good experience, I never imagined climb in that type of circuit

Pick up and drop off on time (they may switch your transportation to get you there sooner). We were staying at the Ocean Dreams near XCaret Base, a 10 min walk... Consider booking closer if you can't walk that much.
Driver and Tour guide were Great, guide Angel was very informative.
The Park..... they offer unlimited activities for the all inclusive option and we did this order: Monkey (Rope Climbing), Firefly (Jet Boat) ..try to get Armando...lot of Fun, Barracuda (Rafting) x2 (this is great...try to get CHARLIE, he is so much FUN), then we did the Jaguar (Monster Truck) and finally we did the Hawk (zipelining) ...we only miss to do the Crocodile (Kayak) as we wanted to get lunch.
If you do this circuit starting at 09 AM, you may finish it at 03:20 PM and get 1 hour for your lunch before you leave the place.
Caution: You can't use your GoPro with the JetBoat ride, even if it is Brand New, as they say, due to previous incident with cameras coming off and hiting others, it is a risk... T.T
Don't expect to be able to use your phone to keep your memories. Your only option is thru them with an additional payment or a GoPro with the Jet Boat Exception.

We loved Xavage!!! This park is for pre-teens and older. There is a water play area for young children but that is all. Which fine but just be aware. Our 11 year old daughter and 15 year old son loved all the attractions there. Their favorite was the Monkey obstacle course and the rafting . Carlos was such a great leader. We laughed and definitely felt the adrenaline of this activity. At the end he gave three options of either swimming to our ending point , jumping off of the raft or having the raft turned over . Our daughter said to turn the raft over ! It was so much fun ! Definitely ask for Carlos at the rafting circuit.

How much time should you figure for Xavage park? We only plan to do the rafting, speed boat and monster truck.
Also, will the xcaret shuttle bring you back to the hotel mid day or Only when park closes?

Let us share with you that Xavage opens from 8:30am to 5pm. However, is important to take into consideration that some activities, which is the case of the Rafting, have an specific schedule.
In addition, we'd like to mention that, in fact, the last bus departure is when the park closes. We invite you to contact our Call Center for more information about your visit.

Hello Nicholas,
We advise you to wear Bermuda shorts, T-shirt, swimsuit and water shoes that can be attached to your ankles to avoid losing them. Remember that you can purchase water shoes at our shops in Xavage. We don’t recommend the use of flip-flops or Crocs.

Any brand is acceptable as long as it is biodegradable sunscreen and doesn't have the following ingredients:
Octocrileno, Benzofenona, Butil metoxidibenzoilmetano, Hexilodecanol, Dimetil apramida, Cetil dimeticona, Metilparabeno, Polietileno, Propilparaben, Butilcarbamato.

We were here last year and I had this amazing soup that was served in a tiny clay cup. It was a bit spicy and they said it was some kind of shrimp soup. Does any one know what kind of soup that was? Thanks!
