Miguel was the star of our trip!!!

Out trip to Tulum would have been terrible without Miguel! We stayed in the Tulum jungle and hired Miguel as a private driver for our 3 day Tulum trip. He was so professional and early to pick us up for every event. He was also available for every unplanned plan that arose. We were constantly in and out of the beach town and Miguel made it a breeze. He made great recommendations and even stopped at the store to get snacks for us while we were at dinner so we didn’t waste any time! Car was clean and cozy. I could not recommend Miguel and this company more!!!! Thank you Miguel!!

We were very happy with Jeromi Transfers. Our flight to Cancun was canceled 2 times and I simply called him and used whatsapp and he was so very polite and assured us he would be there to pick us up no matter when we finally arrived. He told me please do not worry. He was waiting for us. Took us all the way to Akumal and dropped us at our door. We are scheduled for him to take us back to airport in a few days. I am sure he will be just as great.

Professionalism, excellence, helpful stuff, good vehicles and reasonable prices

I had to organize diving trip around Riviera Maya for group of twelve divers and lot of baggages. I must to say that all of us have only good words for Senor Miguel and his Jeromi transfer team. They are so professional, always on time and ready to help. We was take Jeromi transfers from Cancun airport to the house in downtown. After few days we are also enyoj this transfer for trip from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel. After few days we finished with diving at Cozumel and we are again arrange transfer from PDC to Tulum from where we are also go to half day trip to Chichen Itza. At the end of our two weeks traveling around Riviera Maya we were again contacting Miguel for our last leg of trip from Tulum to the Cancun airport.

Because we travel a lot around the world with our group of divers I must confirm that Miguel and Jeromi transfer was one of the best and really reliable option for transfer around Riviera Maya. Of course besides professionalism, excellence, helpful stuff and good vehicles I must to note that transfer prices are very reasonable.

I have also recommend Miguel and Jeromi transfer to all of my friends who are going to visit Riviera Maya and all of them have only really good words and excellent experiance.

A great overview of Macau by day

The trip to Macau was perfectly organized. The agenda is well thought out. In one day, you saw a lot of different sights and got a very good picture of Macau.

Faster immigration process for Transit passengers at USA Airports

We are Canadian.
Yesterday we had a connecting flight from Los Cabos to Toronto via Houston.
It took 2 hours or more and hassle to pass through immigration counters due to heavy rush and line up. Luckily we did not miss the flight from IAH to YYZ.
It is a suggestion to USA immigration authority that in order to avoid passengers lose their connecting flight, a separate lines/ques shall be provided for all transit passengers to get their immigration process faster.

Horrible, not clean, smells molded

The rooms are expensive and definitely not clean, we had to change rooms 3 times and each time we did it got worse. ( badly stained carpets, hair on sheets, along with multiple stains. If you still decide to come here and you have kids, please bring house slippers. None of the rooms matches what we saw online. Our bathroom had molds in it, so we had to wear rubber sandals in the shower.
Customer service was horrible. They treat you based on who they think you are, so I recommend that you find something else,
If you are recommended here by an agent, please go somewhere else. The agent recommended Radisson Hotel based on affiliation.

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful trip the hotel is right where you need to be. You are right across from the trolly station which are free. Then Anakista is right across the street. You can walk anywhere and get on the trolly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going they have breakfast and will take care of you.

On The Go Tours created a very good vacation for us, during our time in Lima, Peru. Everything was organized and clear.
