Excellent kiteboarding for all levels. Shallow without waves. You’ll want to book through Ikarus and stay at their guesthouse & eat at their restaurant

A secluded beach that is totally worth driving to it.
They will charge you $100 pesos to get here after the gate.
Just drive all the way north on avenida bonampak and you will get here.
They have a small restaurant that serves really good seafood, the staff is friendly and the place superb.

Nice beach far away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. BEWARE!! THEY WILL GRINGO TAX YOU!! Very shady at the front gate. DO NOT pay more than 100 peso per vehicle. They charged us per person and we saw them charge locals cheaper. If you want a cabana, same thing, do not pay more than 100 peso. Haggle and stand your ground. They are not honest here. However, they need the income, so you leaving is worse.

If you want to experience a virgin island-like beach this is the place. It's very far north in Cancun and you will need a very reliable car but totally worth it!

There are a few beach clubs before arriving to the furthest point, also some camping areas.

On the downside, no restrooms anywhere!

I’ve been in Cancun awhile and this is by far my favorite beach of all. The sunsets here are incredible. There is wildlife on one side (where the lagoon is) and we even saw some flamingos far out. You can technically walk through the lagoon as it’s super shallow but be careful because there are crocodiles and big bugs. On the other side you have a beautiful turquoise/green sea. Not much to see for snorkeling but it’s a great swimming spot. It does cost 100 pesos to enter as I think it’s protected but you can drive all the way to the end and explore a bit. I highly recommend staying for the sunset and exploring the lagoon area. As soon as dusk arrives be careful for the giant mosquitoes... they hurt when they bite so definitely bring some spray.

It was away from everything, we stayed in Dreams just down the street we had scheduled to take family photos and they had taken us here. It was quite peaceful. It does get bumpy as you get closer, there was a bar/restaurant didn’t get to buy anything, but a beer. I would love to go again to hang out all day.

My boyfriend and I rented a car and drove out to see Isla Blanca. Photos online made the beach look nice but the reality was not. The beach was a ghost town. We were probably the one ones there besides the workers who were cleaning up dead seaweeds that constantly wash ashore. We paid 50 pesos for parking and after 10 minutes we left.

Beautiful beach with the ocean on one side and lagoon on the other. The sand is so soft and white and clean and the ocean is simply beautiful.
You can take your own picnic or enjoy some snacks at the stand. Bathrooms are clean!

This is a great beach no tourist at all, do not use the litte Hut that teh bottom only sells baby shark but tried to rip use off by charging us more than what was on the menu so take a photo a we did as he will show you a menu without price. But this place is worth a visit, there a aguy at the top that will bring you cold drinks at $30 peso a bottle of beer.

Only place not covered in seaweed

We loved the clear sands and water of Isla Blanca. We were near Playa del Nino and was a 30 mins ride from there. The last several kilometers are not paved road so check the weather before heading out.
Water is clean and enjoyed our time spent there. There are a few places to eat. There is a restroom also there. Parking is 50 Mexican Pesos.
They do a lot of kite surfing out there.
Worth a visit if you are looking out for some virgin beaches.
