Especially since it's free. If you have an interest in the history of the region and Mexico in genereal, you must visit. It helps if you speak Spanish but it's not required. Be prepared for the heat if you go during the hot months.

This is a time travel museum and I believe entrance is free. Check it out to learn the development of the city.

The museum is in a very nice hostorical building. There a artefact from the pre-columbian area and tne more recent history of Veracruz
