This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Oaxaca! Gerardo was a fantastic host and guide, teaching us about Oaxacan cooking and culture and helping us prepare a delicious meal in his family’s beautiful kitchen. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Gerardo. He was a very good teacher and the setting - a traditional Mexican kitchen is lovely.
