Super high quality accomodations, local guides, traditional food and drinks, pure air, nature. And still you can choose between MTB, hikking or horse riding. Organization and quality like the best trail spots on Europe, awesome. I recomend Sierra Norte Expedidiones - made by zapotecs descendants.

I think that would be easiest from Benito Juarez. Try to bring a map or get some general directions, since trials are not always very well marked. Have fun!
