My girlfriend needed a relaxation massage on a Sunday. The usual spa we go to on Amsterdam street was booked so we tried this location (Leibnitz street). NEVER AGAIN. She was not offered a choice of music, or aromatherapy, or even the intensity of the massage. The massage was given perfunctorily and the staff was only interested in leaving. I waited for an hour and was not offered a greeting, much less water or tea. My girlfriend was not offered the usual tea after the massage or anything else that would help re-hydrate after the massage. They billed as if they had given full service. By the way, two tourists walked in five minutes before closing and were denied service. I though that a closing time meant that you did not accept people AFTER that time. If this does not apply, the business should state that it closes at 3, not at 4. Once again, the staff was only interested in closing up and leaving, not in serving their clients. If they don't want to work on a Sunday, maybe they should look for another job. Pretty miserable experience.

Arrived a bit worn and had a long connection. Went to the Spa in the lounge. Reasonably priced services, no wait, nice staff that do their best to make sure you have a relaxing moment. Had a very nice Pedi, my feet felt great for several days after..

Facial consisted of slathering oily creams on my face and about 1/2 hour of enormous pressure and pain squeezing clogged pores. I don't have pimples and wasn't aware of the clogged pores. I told her that she was breaking every dermatologist's rules by doing this and asked her why she didn't use a mask instead like most professional spas. She responded by using a metal tool to gouge my pores. I left looking blotchy and a lot worse than when I arrived. She also used a very loud little machine that provided me with little electric shocks which were very unpleasant. During the massage I told her 3 times I was cold so she kept piling blankets on top which was clumsy to say the least considering there was an electric radiator nearby that she could've turned on. The massage wasn't a full hour and she would go back and forth between the massage and facial without washing her hands. It was inconsistent and sometimes decent, sometimes painful and sometimes pathetic... I complained at the end and they offered 20 minutes of free electric treatment to get rid of the blotches but I had had enough by then and needed to escape. I told them I'd post comments on TA which didn't make a difference to them at all.

My partner and I just went there for a "sports" massage and loved it. We had been walking around town for days and this massage was exactly what we needed: a combination of muscle work and relaxation. They put us in the same room, which was small but worked. The appearance of the spa is nothing fancy but we forgot about it as soon as they started working on us.
Note: the receptionist spoke English when we called to make an appointment which made it easy.

We did the food tour “Eat like a local” and it was amazing! Clarissa was great and it was wonderful to meet a few of the girls and the vendors. Food was so incredible , and the markets are so much fun and very interesting. Highly recommend this tour!

Went here because of the great reviews and booked a 1.5 hour massage. When I arrived I was surprised by how dirty the waiting area was - visible dust all over, with furniture that appeared to be well worn and slightly broken in places. During the massage, the masseuse ended up randomly leaving FIVE (I counted!) times for up to five minutes at a time. Also another masseuse entered the room during the massage and just stood there with the door open. The entire experience was terrible, ended up being really expensive for Mexico City and I literally ran out of the place at the end. Not at ALL worth visiting!! Try Liverpool Spa Polanco instead, it is fantastic!

Horrible, don't go, they steal your time, inexperienced staff, I didn't enjoy it at all, it was the worst massage I've ever had, the girl didn't have the slightest experience, she only buried my elbows, neck and upper back where I asked for special attention They didn't even touch them, everything was bad, 900 pesos wasted in the trash, they are not friendly and have horrible treatment
