Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and made our stay in Mexico enjoyable and comfortable. I was travelling with an aged parent and teenager. He was patient and kind. His enthusiasm and love for his culture shine through in his commentaries. He made the history come alive. Thank you very much from the Webster family. Will definitely use him again on my... More

My 18 yo son and I recently spent Thanksgiving in Mexico City. I had contacted Jorge previously that we were interested in a private tour guide. Although I had been to Mexico City before, my Spanish isn't great so I thought this might be a good option for sightseeing. Jorge asked that we send over a list of places we... More

we did a private tour of pyramids and basilica de Guadalupe .. Jorge is so knowledgeable and was able to streamline our tour so we could do as much as we wanted. He gave us space when we needed it and then educated us on the rich culture of Mexico. Highly recommended! www.jorgemendozaturismo@live.com

Alex Ramirez is ‘the best’. He gets my five-star rating, whether for a private tour or small groups in Mexico City and beyond! I have used his services on five occasions. Alex has an amazing knowledge of Mexican history, including its top archaeological sites, enabling him to offer insightful commentaries on the country’s rich history and culture. A consummate gentleman,... More

Mexico City tour guide recommendation. If you are planning a trip to Mexico City and would like a wonderful guide we recommend Alexander Ramirez. We used him last week for a tour of the city one day and a tour of the pyramids the next day. Perfect English, Clean late model mini van and a fantastic personality. His knowledge of... More

I don't know where to start! Jorge Mendoza was awesome!! He is such a knowledgeable, personable tour guide. He took us to various locations around Mexico City and was able to provide so much history and context to everything that we saw. He greatly enriched my visit to Mexico, and as a result, Mexico City is one of my favorite... More

If you're looking for a tour guide in Mexico City, email Jorge (jorgemendozaturismo@live.com). He is SO knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Mexico and it was definitely worth more than we paid ($300 USD for 8 hours with 10 people). On this trip, we hired him to take us to Teotihuacan, we stopped by a local spot per his... More

I was traveling to Mexico city for a wedding and wanted to take advantage of the city and its sites. Jorge came in his car to pick me up at the airport so we could drive straight to the Teotihuacan, where I enjoyed a very thorough 4-5 hour tour of the site. On the way to the hotel, upon my... More

I often get a private guide when I have limited time in a new city and I found Jorge Mendoza (jorgemendozaturismo@live.com or 044-55-3660-8182) based on TA reviews (thanks all). He was one of the best guides I've ever had - knowledgeable about history, architecture, art, culture, religion - which are so intertwined in Mexico City. He did a city tour... More

I was fortunate to hire Jorge Mendoza as my private tour guide two days in a row. We visited many historical sites and museums in and around Zocalo including El Museo de Bellas Artes, Palacio Nacional, Museum of Anthropology, Templo Mayor (main Aztec temple), Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe along with some pit stops at some of the best...
