We scheduled the Mexico City Super Saver: Coyoacán, Xochimiles, Frida Khalo Museum and National University in advance of our visit to Mexico City. It was a wonderful tour that provided insights into the history and culture of Mexico and a visit to many important features of the city, including homes of the conquistadors, the nearby church built in 1532, a... I was expecting great things from this tour but I was pleasantly surprised at how intrigued I became in Mayan history during and after this trip. Marco was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and he kept the morning interesting and fun. A great day for a great price! Chichen Itza is truly a special place. Go on this tour... More

Getting to Teotihuacan can be difficult, so I opted for a private tour that will pick up and return to my hotel in Mexico City. Freddy picked us up right on time at 7AM. This tour requires that they be contacted with a pick up time request at least a few days before, so I called them 1 week before... More

two weeks ago my friends and I booked a tour to the magic towns of Real Del Monte and Huasca De Ocampo. the towns themselves were pretty great but the tour was garbage. the tour guide lulu was obviously getting kickbacks from different places so she made it impossible to enjoy. she took us to places we didn't even want... I book 2 tours with Amigo. They are responsive to all my queries and the guides are excellent. You have to be patient though because the excursions are bilingual.

Contrary to some reports here, my pre-arranged Amigo airport transfers were perfect. As I exited the airport doors at arrivals (~ 10 pm), there was my Amigo rep holding a big sign with my name. Amazingly, he told me that he recognized me - because he'd looked up my TravelnLass blog on the internet and thus knew all about me!... More

Booked a private luxury car to pick us up at the airport and they were over 90 minutes late. They called us after we got a taxi at the airport when we arrived and no one was there to greet us. They called us after we were almost to our hotel. Just book a taxi at the taxi stand inside... More

Booked through viator. Booked early morning tour. Cons. From information viator sent us we e-mailed to confirm. Never got a response. Tried the 1-800 number that was provided in the receipt to Amigos and it was disconnected. We emailed Viator no response. We did get a response from Amigos confirming our time. They were about 20 minutes late. That is... More

In general the tour was good and I would it do again. 1.) In the descrition on Viator is written that PickUp is in Central, Zona Rosa and Polanco. PickUps only in Central and Zona Rosa. 2.) Bus: OK (nothing special) 3.) Guide: Our guide Leonardo was awful! Perfect guide with very good knowledge. In the describtion was written with... More
