We had Miguel as a guide and he was good. But it felt like we visited shops and restaurant as long as we were able to go sightseeing. No time limit for shopping but sightseeing seemed to always have one. It was too obvious that commissions are paid for each visit. Overall day was OK although it took 3 hours... More

We booked a Ballet Folklorico tour with this company in June of this year for the 8th of November. In the interest of full disclosure on our last visit to Mexico City in 2013 we used them for a Xochimilco tour and apart from an unadvertised and unwanted stop at their friends' silver shop it was fine. In this case... More

Our guide was someone very excited and have really good intentions. We like him! But, I believe the Wayak tours have a pre establish program that includes visits to stores (told for us as a museum) and other stop at another turist point that had not been told for us before. Its positive because you can hires tour at night... More

I have done two tours with this company, one to Taxco and one to Teotihuacan. Generally I can say that the guides are great - knowledgeable and will try their best to make sure you have a great time. During the Taxco tour I even got a personal interpreter as I was the only customer who didn't speak Spanish. Mario... More

Really disappointed with this company and the tour. 9am pickup, more than an hour driving around picking up people then we were handed off to another guide Jose Luis and I suspect another company. The trip included a stop at the Guadalupe shrine where there was more time allocated to trying to sell souvenirs than in the shrine. When I... More

When I told my B&B that I wanted to see Teotihuacan and Guadalupe by tour, they suggested this tour and booked it for me. I wish they hadn't. I was picked up at the hotel in a car which already had some other guests in it. We were driven to another location in Mexico City and told to get on... More

My personal experience with Wayak tour was overall good. Pick up is slightly late than they told me but that's expected with the traffic. The first guide took us to the office so we joined another group. He was educated in US so very good English (little accent). Our guide for the day also speaks good English and explained things... You can not go to Mexico City and not visit Tiotihacan! It dates to 2500 BC But was long abandoned by the time the Aztec found it. The complex has 700 pyramids. You can actually climb up to the top of the largest pyramid, the pyramid of the sun. It was a full day tour where we also went to... More

I'm afraid I cannot rate this tour company very highly. First, we booked a tour at 9 pm the previous night for the following day, so it was very good of them to squeeze us in. We were told we would be picked up between 8:30 and 8:45 am. At 9 am I tried to call the company but to... More

We booked Wayak shuttle services to take us from city to city when we travelled Mexico. They were always on time and we arrived safely to our next destination. Anytime we wanted to stop or take a detour on the way, the driver was very happy to accommodate us. I dealt with a lovely lady, Andrea, when making the bookings.... More
