This little plaza has changing art exhibits. When I was here last year, there were kinetic stainless steel sculptures. Today there are sculptures with human figures -- some from famous sculptors like Moore and Dali.
It's basically across the street from Bellas Artes, directly outside the Torre Latinoamericana observation deck. There are lots of benches where you can relax (mostly) away from the noisy pedestrian street outside. ¡Ven! (Go!)

Before going up we took some photographs in the Atrium of the San Francisco Temple where there was a sculptural work by Marysole Worner Baez, a moving break from the Soumaya Museum, a self-taught, proudly Mexican artist.
On Madero Street, it was one of the first and most powerful Franciscan monasteries in the City. The site occupies the former zoological gardens of Moctezuma II, and housed the first 12 Franciscan friars who arrived in New Spain
