A must see! One, it's free. Two, it's beautiful. Three, it helps if you can read or speak Spanish as the exhibits are in Spanish only. Don't be afraid, my Spanish is elementary at best, and though it took me a bit of time, I...More

The murals, while very basic in their style, are grandiose and worth the gander. The remind me of the murals painted on the walls in the Chicano neighborhoods of Los Angeles. If you can, get a guided tour, many of the intricacies of the murals...More

We went twice, and found much more the second time. Courtyards and fountains, and nice exhibit galleries. So cool and quiet from the streets outside.

This is a brief pitstop when you are in the historic center. You will spend a few minutes in the building to admire the facade, interior and the murals.

We did not have the time to go inside, but it is a lovely building to walk past for certain. Too much to do in this great city to see it all in the two days we were there.

After 9:00 A.M. you can enter the building and view the historic murals as well as the Congress Hall. Worth it to take a few minutes to explore.
