I emailed and called up several days in advance to confirm my tour and was told to deposit the money in Oxxo and to meet at Hotel Camino Real at 950am. I did everything as told and nobody met me at the hotel. When I called to enquire they said the tour was canceled. I asked the tour guide Alejandro... More

Part of my amazing Mexican trip was checking out a Tequila Distillery in the outskirts of Guadalajara. The tour was wonderful, learning a lot about Tequila and the process system of it all. Also around the city, there is a rich history worth exploring. A great day out!

This tour was quite nice, you get to see the process of the Tequila distillery and get to taste the difference between different kinds of Tequila.

Pako was our private tour guide. He is personable, educated, speaks english well and communicates by email or text with the speed of lightning. The trip to Tequila and two distilleries (Tres Mujeres and La Alborada) was exactly what we wanted, to keep away from the maddening crowds. Go early. We learned a lot and the time spent at the... We arranged a private tour that included two distilleries. We visited Tres Mujeres and La Alborada. Our tour guide Antonio was very accommodating regarding our tour. We tasted the tequila at both distilleries and being a fan of the drink, I purchased a bottle from each. We were Informed of how the blue agave is grown, the distilling process and... More

I enquired by email with Francisco (Paco) a few weeks before my trip to Guadalajara and he promptly emailed me back and answered my questions. I was able to set up a tour to Tequila for three of us on short notice once I was here. He arrived at our hotel on time with a modern, roomy and air conditioned... More

Per the reviews I had read in trip advisor, I by passed on the Tequila train and booked my group of 7 with the Father and son team Antonio and Pako. I was so happy that I had made this decision. Our group had a fabulous time touring both the Guachimontones pyramids and Two Tequila distilleries. They picked us up... More

Our guide thru casa herradura was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide also took us to the town of tequila. Very interesting town, with so much history. I would recommend a tequila tour to everyone. We picked the single manufacturer tour, it got more in depth than the train tour that stops st several

Even they will tell that is optional? The food was... More

We took a day tour to Tequila which included 2 distilleries, the harvesting and cutting of the blue agave, the fermentation and distilling process and a tour of the buildings, grounds and cellars. It was a very enlightening day as we had never seen the process from start to finish. We visited Tres Mujeres and La Alborada; the latter being... More
