great place for indoor luxury shopping. It is not a traditional tourist trap. Enjoyed having the starbucks here!

Beautiful mall with movie theater and casino

Beautiful mall. Several levels with movie theater that serves drinks and food. High end stores, has a Liverpool store similar to Macy’s in the States.
Not a cheap place to shop if on a budget. However this is a nice mall.

When you buy shoes they should tell you the guarantee requires the box if you need to return them. The front sole fell off the sketchers I bought after wearing them twice and the woman in the sales department would not take them back because I did not have the box. I had left the box with them when I bought the shoes. I did have the receipt. This was at Liverpool women’s shoes department. This is not the kind of service one would expect from Liverpool and I was very disappointed with this feeble excuse to not take back a defective product. For sure there are many other choices for my future shopping and that of my family and friends.

No experience at all. Big loss for shop owners. NOT impressed.....

Due to Covid19 anybody over the age of 60 is NOT allowed into the mall. We wanted to eat at Chillis but could not do so. This rule seems different everywhere you try and go.

Galleria Shopping Trip

Nice quick ride from our Airbnb to the Galleria Shopping mall. We visited the Liverpool store and GNC. Looks very much like the US inside the store. The mall also has some nice holiday decorations for a Christmas picture.

Mall Rat Mexican Style

We wanted to do some climate controlled shopping and my husband needed a new shirt for dinner and decided to check out the local mall. Took an Uber from our hotel, Hacienda San Angel (see my review, awesome place!). This was your usual average mall. We were practically the only people in there so that was nice. They had some nice stores, especially AyGuey. I love their stuff. And we spent most of our time in the largest department store, LiverPool. They had the cutest selection of kids clothes. I bought two outfits for our toddler daughter, she loved them. And a nice shirt for my husband and one for my eldest son. All and all a nice experience .

COVID info - they had a security greeter at all entrances with temp taking and sanitizers and social distancing and masking throughout.

Decent mall with quite a few things to look at / buy. It's pretty big and central so it was a nice experience.

Never seen a shopping centre so clean. Plus plenty of lovely shops cafes and cinema there is also a waterway were you can go on a gondola

Over Priced and design for Tourist who want to pay more

Just like the La Isla Gallerie next to Sunscape resort this American style mall was designed for one person only - the Tourist. You are going to pay about 35% more here for anything you buy....your not saving any money here. Take a Uber go to the colony of Pitillal, which is a traditional "colony" within Puerto Vallarta. Have the Uber drop you off at the Plaza at the Church of St. Michael and start there. You will save and experience more of Mexico.

I like it aha aha!

It is very easy to find on the main avenue. It is air conditioned, has public transportation nearby, Liverpool Department Store is attached to it. It has a food court, a balcony to admire the view and get fresh air, tow stories and many stores.
There are services as well, like barbers, beauty salons, nail shops, a few doctors, dentists. It is a good place where I bought some nice comfortable flexi sandals.
