This course is a fun even for old golfers. Like playing golf in a park with nine water holes and crocks, If your ball goes into the water leave it as it is better than losing a arm. Hole Number 13 is right on the bay and beautiful beach and a green with saltwater proof grass that rolls true and... More

We always make an effort to have the Sunday Brunch a few times while in P.V. They have the standard items such as waffles, poached eggs/any style. They have American and Mexican style items. All food items are excellent as are the fresh squeezed orange juice and green juice.

We don't golf, but wandered into the golf club to enquirer about the Sunday buffet advertised outside. Very welcoming staff and great view from dining tables, so we decided we would try it. Very pleased with the food, scenery and the attentive and pleasant staff. It wasn't a large buffet, but certainly enough food to satisfy our appetites. Cost 180... More

We stayed at the Velas Vallarta resort and with our room we got 3 "free" rounds of golf. What they dont tell you is that it it 57 dollars per person for cart fees and you want a cart because 18 holes are all over. Its 23 dollars a person to rent clubs, 11 dollars a bag for balls and... More

Near all the marina hotels this is a tough course with water on 12 of the holes. A very nice challenging course. If you are an iron player you will do well. Birds and crocodiles on the back nine mangroves. Enjoy a great lunch at the club house after your round. If you hit them straight or draw the ball... More

I golfed there as part of a package we had at Casa Velas. I had the opportunity to golf with Antonio Palacio, the Golf Manager at Casa Velas and it was excellent. Antonio gave me some great instruction about the course and the philosophy of golf. I am new and have had a bad year golfing and I was pretty... More

This is a very nice course. Pretty well maintained but stay in the fairways. That will keep you away from the crocodiles and out of the rough both. Three holes open out to the ocean too which brings on a nice breeze. As this course is really close to the ocean you can catch a small breeze on many of... More

This is a fun course to play and less crowded than others. Greens in good shape. Fairways are more mixed.

We played this as club corp members and there is really not much I can say about it that's positive. Shoddy range balls: thin fairways: grass clippings piled in middle of fairway; greens were patchy and slow. The only reason to give it two stars is because the staff was very friendly.

on gold vacation; my friend really likes this course so wen we saw it on gold now for $70 bucks so decided to play it. Got there and they had a $75 special that included a hat. Started with a quick brunch at the restaurant. Had the course to ourselves. Well maintained and challenging, fun course.
