Great for morning run and afternoon stroll

This is a great beach front location for any type of stroll. Tons of delicious restaurants and local shops. Easy access to the beach and many hotels.

The Malecon is a necessity to visit if you're in Puerto Vallarta. Its full of natives and tourists. I feel very safe in the area and have never had any issues as this is now my third time visiting. The Malecon is essentially a boardwalk with a beautiful sunset view. We even saw whales while taking pictures at sunset. There's... More

Always something going on! Beware people on bikes they don't seem to think they have to slow down. Lots of vendors but you just need to say No Gracias!

There were beautiful sand sculptures that were constantly being changed on the beach side interspersed with metal sculptures. Many shops, restaurants and bars on the other side.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed strolling along El Malecon. There are ample opportunities for eating and drinking. The people watching is great, too. I especially enjoyed the art. Each statue had it's own uniqueness and meaning yet felt like the cohesive collection they are. Impressive works. I highly recommend reading up on the individual artists and the art objects... More

Colorful and very safe. Great for people watching, eating and sitting down for a drink. Sunday's best to people watch as many families come to enjoy the sites .

The Malecon is a Palm lined promenade with everything from entertainers, sandmen & more types of deserts then you can imagine. Best to go before or after dinner. It's also close to the Municipal handicraft Market

And so much fun. I wasn't nervous at all being on my own and had a great time. The shops are very wonderful and the walk along the Malecon was something to remember.

Sunday is one of the best days, since Mexican family are celebrating with music and singing. A lot of shops, restaurants and beautiful views.

The best people watching ever, go sit at the sea monkey and have 1 dollar corona. things are more expenive here, they will try to empty you wallet, dont be looking for cheap eats here. the farther down you go, the more expensive it...
