Government is getting them off island humanly. SPCA is not involved as they destroy cats regularly by guidelines. Peace Animal and Colonia Spay and Nueter Clinic deals with this situation poorly and unprofessionally.

It's almost an undiscovered gem on the Isla Rio Cuale. Just off the Rio's flea market area, near the school of performing arts and the archaeology museum (that, unfortunately, never seems to be open) - it's such a surprise. A leafy, cool, pretty surprise.
