The bus driver was great, the tour guide was fine. The bus was not. It seats 18 but only 10 seats are comfortable. When boarding, we tried to sit in the seat behind the driver, but were told that was 'reserved' for other guests. Hmmmph....More

Our tour was included in a package but you can book through the hotel.

We booked it through our hotel concierge. Including lunch it lasted about 5 hours. I don't recall the cost but it was VERY reasonable and well worth it.
