The plaza is close to the Opera house and is surrounded by many historic buildings that are in the process of being restored. It too is filled with the history of Mazatlan and I recommend the tour guide if you are interested in the back story.

With music about every night, this is a must see. In fact I was fortunate enough to see the Federal Police performing Mariachi music in the Kiosko for Semena Santa, on Holy Friday. What a show.

This plaza like the name states, is a very quaint plaza where nighttime is the best hour to go. It is a square full of restaurants that will satisfy even the most picky eaters.
