It is a wonderful place to soak up the sun swim, and then have some guacamole washed down by a huge marguerita. Well need I say more?

There's construction downtown right now, so it is worthwhile to go to Playa Miramar and backtrack to Santiago.

Lots of shopping stores, small & larger places to eat and lots of things, people to see. It tends to get busier on the Friday and Saturdays with lots of teens all the over the places.

The best place to enjoy fresh fish and seafood in Manzanillo is at the Santiago Peninsula, at the Fishermen Cooperativa... Served right on the beach under the Palapas, Fresh Fish from the Ocean to your Plate, tried the Pescado Sarandeado and a Ceviche or Vuelve...More

Two different nights we went to walk along the Marina Las Hadas for and have meals, one at Poco Pazzo, one at Marina Grill. Both were great, with good service. Marina Grill turns out really great steaks.

If you're staying at Karmina, be sure to take a stroll down the ocean path to the Las Hadas resort and marina. Take a break and have a mango margarita at Frida's and then follow the stairs up to the street level. You can walk...More
