This is a beach mostly for the locals, very crowded, lots of water sports happening, restaurants, bars!! Lots of sales people! Not my scene! !

When I went to Caletta beach I strooled over to Calettilla which is just next door. Also did a little swim in the calm and warm waters. Also took a stroll to see all the little restaurants.

If you want to go where the locals go, then this is the beach. A long bus ride, but that's OK. Harbour/boat view, calm water, shallow for kids. The usual 50 peso umbrellas.
