Nice hiking close to the city. The view on top is gorgeous. Once you reach the fence you can keep walking to the right of it to get a nicer view. There is also a viewing platform that is about ont hour from the start. Whole hike to the antenna took us five hours back and forth. Bring enough water!

This fascinating mountain practically defines Monterrey. It has inspired many a myth from ghosts to UFOs coming through there. It is a steep and dramatic mountain, but hardly the only one enclosing the city in its air bubble.

This lovely shaped mountain is a well-known symbol of the city of Monterrey. The hiking trail is about 5 km long to reach the top and the ascent is considered to be fairly difficult, taking approximately 3 hours to complete. A panoramic view of the city of Monterrey seen from the top is quite rewarding. I enjoyed viewing it at... More

I had read on a website that there is an 'easy' walk up to the Pic Antena. It took me 3 hours to climb from Bosque de la Pastora up to the Antena. I started climbing at 9 on a Sunday morning. The first hour and a half, I really felt there were too many people, and many are climbing... More

Going for a walk or a climb in the mountain is a lovely activity for a weekend. If you are not up to it, you can drive and have an AMAZING view of this fantastic city. At worst take a picture with the mountain in the background because the saddle shaped mountain is unique to this city and a city... More

It's an awesome place for going alone or in family you can walk it up slowly and enjoy the view or just climb it ip in an hour but you have to be patient because you can have some trouble cimbing it up.

It's the nicest thing to see in Monterrey and anywhere you go, if you look around it's always there! Don't go to Monterrey without having your eyes on "the chair"

It is a big mountain that represents a saddlehorse and it is Monterrey city symbol. You can take very good pics when you are at Macro Plaza, near Life Fountain

This is the most emblematic mountain in Monterrey. This mountain is being destroyed by construction companies building houses and destroying the Green áreas. Even then there is a track you can take to walk up the mountain, it can be steep and dangerous if you do not know how to go up and back.
