The beach itself is fairly nice, the water was quite cold when we were there and the surf a bit wild so I never actually got in to swim which was a huge bummer. I had planned to get some surf lessons but was pretty shocked at the prices. Really that goes for this entire part of Mexico, it just felt like everyone was trying to scam or rip us off, I’ve not felt that way in other parts of the country. The roads to get into the beach area are dusty and rough, higher clearance isn’t necessary but certainly advised. There’s not a whole lot to do here, there are a couple of not very good restaurants and if you’re not surfing…that’s pretty much it. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return to this beach or this area.

Very long beach. Been there a few times. Very dangerous for swimming. No lifeguards to speak of. Witnessed a drowning which was horrible. Will never visit again.

The same beat music is played all day and night and it resonates thru parking area late in evening. Horrible for rvs/ campers and surfers who necessarily do not want to listen to same music over and over again every day and night. It's enough to drive anyone nuts. It's unfortunate.

Northeast corner of the beach is Cerritos Tropical bar and restaurant. Look for the palm trees and shade. The guacamole is fresh and huge portion. Nice ambiance with several tables in sand and in doors. Good variety of Mexican food. Cash only. Cold drinks.

Beautiful beach with plenty of space. Lots of surfers, even in the off season. Water was warm and it was nice to be able to get in safely to cool off. We were here in early September and it was very quiet. Be warned, not many restaurants open in the off season and very few options for groceries in the immediate surrounding. Wouldn’t stop me from coming again, was just surprised at how many places are closed for the season. We went into Todos Santos for some meals and there were a few more options but many places were closed on Monday’s and or Tuesdays in the off season.

Great beach for surfing! We were told by the nearby surf shop that the surfing would only be good until 10 am that day, but it was good until we left around 1:30 and people were still surfing. I’d probably come mid morning, werent a ton of people and there are guys there that rent you a surfboard, wetsuit and chair for pretty cheap!

This is an ample beach located about a 10 min car ride outside of Todos Santos. It's always been popular. It's a beach that attracts people that are partial to surfing. Facilities are rustic still, but I noticed a lot of construction (resorts, hotels) going on close by. At this beach, you can relax, sunbathe, swim, wade in the incoming waves, and even get a massage on the beach!

Fun, up and coming beach town. Hippies, surfers, families, all welcome. There's tons of new construction so it feels like the kind of place we'll be saying, "We were there BEFORE it got popular." Dusty, gritty, charming and beautiful.

Super cool surfing beach. Parking is rando along the dirt road, or there’s a lot, but it seems reserved for RVs and such. Never found a public restroom, so plan accordingly or plan to buy something at the little restaurant/beach bar, then use their bathroom. Don’t try to use it without buying something though, or they’ll tell you it’s not public. You can rent chairs and umbrellas instead of hauling your own. Super fun to watch the surfing, but definitely not a swimming beach if you don’t know how to swim in rough waves/the ocean. You can walk for miles along this lovely stretch of sand.

Sad to see the development going in all along the beach, but that’s the unfortunate circumstance of Todos Santos. It’s still a really cool town and beach though.

We sat at the Los Cerritos Inn and just watched tons of whales in the water in front of us. We also walked down the beach to the "busy" area. It's a great beach!
