If you are a sports fan, this is one of the coolest opportunities to witness a true football match and the convenience to folks in San Diego makes this a no brainer. Its safe, fun, energy filled and affordable. Tickets range from $20 up and food and drinks are cheap. Tail-gating prior is a ton of fun with music and... More

Last night we attended the football game in TJ, what we call soccer. The Mexicans are a very passionate people and they display that passion prominently at outdoor events. The Tijuana team, Xolos VS Pumas, a well rated team from Mexico City were the stars. Fans were up to the passion with cheers and jeers and the locals displayed their passion... More

Arrive 30 min to an hour later. Enjoy carne asada at the stadium plaza. Cheap and delicious, and have few beers. (Only $35). The game starts promplly at 7.30 PM on Friday. Enjoy fierndly people around, and the game itself. When game ends, go to next door Casino. Dog races and hundred of slot machines available. After an hour there... More

If you are visiting Tijuana with the family during the football season a Friday night at Xolos is a must. The stadium is modern and in a decent area of the city. The atmosphere is often electric. It is a lot of fun. Tickets are usually very well priced (the most expensive I have seen was 500mn when Ronaldinho came... More

This is a great opportunity to experience sports fans in another country that really love the game. The ambiance is perfectly ok for women and children. Sure! People are drinking and singing, maybe even shouting out to the ref for a bad call...but all in good spirit of the game. I recommend seats at the "platea" section, its a little... More

This place was great! We walked across the border and caught a cab as soon as we crossed. It was about $10 American to drop you off at the curb of the stadium. I would highly recommend that you pre-order your tickets and get there early as the lines tend to get long and it seems that they have the... More

Easy wagering and views of the dogs racing. On site other tracks to bet on. Patrons not to fond of the gringos(Typical)We are here just to contribute(sorry!) Border a trap on the sentry(Who knew)program. Exited the same way I did 20 years ago but now I'm eligible for a $5000 fine. Boorish agents and some bullies. Sham on their treatment... More

Xolos isn't my team, but I've developed a liking for them. Very enthusiastic fans but they treat visitors with welcome and respect, and of course a little friendly razzing. Many Xolo fans come with their bald dogs, which takes getting used to, but they're well behaved too. Perfectly safe for families.
