This has a few really good cafe's and the walk along the malice is excellent. Not really a breakfast place and for me I would rather swim at Rosarito because of the pollution, but too walk ,talk and sip coffee/chocolate it is great!!

I found Playas de Tijuana to be very charming, a little beach community with cute coffee places and long and inviting malecon. If you're looking to stay in Playas de Tijuana, I found this amazing condo right on the beach in the malecon; On AIRBNB...More

The beach is filthy, the water is too dirty to swim. Can see sewage running down there beach into water in several spots. Aggressive homeless people steal plates of food right off the table of the cafes. Not the safest party of town either.

Being at Playas de Tijuana is really relaxing, you can have a glass of Wine, delicious cafe, smoothies, homemade pizza, sandwiches, salads and mexican crafts; you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and having these deliciousness at the same time!.
