At about 1pm, arranged long tail to take us from Ao Nang beach to west ralay beach, return trip voucher, 200baht return. Walked through the inland tracks, visiting diamond cave on the way (full of stalagmites etc, cost 100baht entry). Signs weren't very good but...More

Be sure to swim out under the cliff (or wade) and go through the cave to the other side. I think a lot of people just look at the shrine in the little cave at the end of the beach, which is lame.

By boat from Aonang Beach or part of the famous 4-island tour. Nice cool waters on a hot day. Kayaking possible to look more closely at rock formations. Can be very crowded during high season.

As a seafarer working on a cruise, it is one of our privileges to tour different places. This beach is pristine you can see fish without diving in. The place is very beautiful and relaxing.

Lots of tour boats coming in during the day, however I imagine during low season it is a lot better.

Nowhere near the acclaim or renown of Maya Bay but every bit as beautiful and definitely more exciting. Absolute gem.

Our family did a 4 island tour as a group of 9 adults via long tail boat. The tour was great, but phranang was definitely my favorite! We rented a kayak which was very cheap (200THB) and paddled around the stunning rock formations. They have...More

This is really a beautiful beach even on cloudy days. Very easy to go there with longtail boat. A lot of different things to do; taning, swimming, snorkle, cano, climbing and so on.

100 baht per person, per way. Before 8am and after 6pm it's 150 each. When we were there in April, 2017, only the ticket booth on the east end (closest to Railay) was open. It's where the road sharply curves to follow the... More
