I would not have any problems bringing children on the long tail boats. They are very safety conscious and everyone has to sit “inside” the boats where the sides are covered. There is also life jackets easily accessible.

you can arrange for the tour boat to depart at 7.30am or 8am. You might need to pay for the whole boat if there are no other passengers and you are in a hurry.
