The lagoon surrounded by the five islands is amazing. The variety of underwater creatures can keep you in water for hours, always wanting to discover more! Go there at 15:00h when all the other boats are leaving!

Disappointed by the snorkelling experiences on our other island tours we were advised that the Koh Haa Island trip was the best for unspoilt beaches and coral. The cost was B2,500 each and an additional B400 each national park fee, which included hotel pick up, breakfast, lunch, soft drinks and a high speed catamaran to the islands. It was well worth it, the islands are closed to tourists for the winter months and the environment reflects the fact that less tourists have visited. The water is crystal clear and teaming with fish, we even spotted a small black tip reef shark. The beach is powder white sand. You can't miss this trip.....

What a beautiful group of islands to visit for a dive or to snorkel. Six small islands surrounding a shallow lagoon, an oasis for thousands of fish.

Loved this spot, which we could see from our hotel's beach. A short speedboat ride away.

We were 2 families attending a sunset cruise arranged by our hotel, Pimalai Resort and Spa at Koh Lanta. Initially we had considered a full day snorkeling trip to Koh Haa and Koh Rok with another (cheaper) company, but when we arrived at Koh Haa and saw all the other overloaded boats, we were happy about our choice. We left Pimalai resort at 2 PM and arrived at Koh Haa an hour later, sailing in a huge boat with plenty of space (max 24 guests). The advantage of the sunset cruise became clear, when all the other boats left shortly after we arrived, and we had the islands to ourselves. The staff were very attentive and served cold soft drinks and canapés on the way out and also wine and beer on the way back. On the way out, the snorkling guides gave an introduction about all the different creatures, we might encounter when snorkeling. They were very good in accommodating all the different snorkeling levels in the group. The islands are stunning and the sea is full of colourful fish and many other sea creatures. After snorkeling, the boat sailed around the islands and back to Koh Lanta in the most amazing sunset. We were back around 6.30 PM.

Stopped here for a while to snorkel. This is consist of 5 islands (but actually 6 but the other one doesn’t have any trees so the guide said it is not considered as an island). Waves around the island are way too aggressive (depends on the weather). Still, my eyes enjoyed with the beautiful rock formations.

Koh Haa had some very excellent snorkeling, but it was quite a boat trip (almost two hours by speedboat) but not too bad as long as you aren't prone to sea-sickness.

Koh Haa was a part of our day trip to Koh rok and this was the last stop for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkelling here. The waters are turquoise clear and really refreshing. The snorkeling here was possibly the best we have ever done. Wished we can stay longer. We'll definitely try to be back!

Please be careful that current here is strong.

Very beautiful and unique.

Normally they stack the trip to Koh Rok and Koh Ha together. Go in Low season and less people and the whole ocean is yours.

If being kids along, make sure don’t go too far away from boat or remember to yell for help if being push away by the strong current.
