lovely morning walk around lymm dam, if you are out of the area, reasonable amount of local parking, lovely walk on teh paths around the dam, always a great way to start the weekend or a sunday morning.

I have so many memories of Lymm Dam and it is just a beautiful place.
You can walk from the village and then around the Dam, a couple of miles at the most. It's fairly flat so not at all strenuous.

Not really it is quite rough under foot in places and hilly in others. It would be possible if you are able to go down a few stairs there is a few benches at the beginning of the dam. Which is still nice to do on a nice day.
