Stumbled upon this walk by complete accident and glad we did. A great little place to take the dog for a walk. Head on up past the Whittlesey tip and you will soon come across the car park. Park yourself up and explore.

Sits on both sides of a road. I prefer the left hand reserve which has a pond with ducks to feed and is always the quieter of the two. Bring some food for the ducks, especially during the winter if they have hung around.
A Wildlife Trust Reserve which is well managed and has easy access from its free car park. An abundance of wildflowers, birds, butterflies and insects populate the site which has a boardwalk snaking through its many varied habitats. A must for all nature lovers. The...More
