Visited during the Straw Bear Festival, which really helped in our understanding of what was going on. Very impressed with the friendly staffs' knowledge of the area

What can I say about Whittlesey (but I am biased) half the size of a English cemetery and twice as dead. For fenland town history buffs only.

My last visit in October was not myfirstvisitto this museum. It is a wonderful museum run by volunteers and tells you the history of this lovely town on the outskirts of Peterborough. It also displays the woolly mammoth tusk found at nearby King's Delph. Also...More

I live in Whittlesey and had never been ...so one Sunday I thought why not only a £1... Great little museum and takes around 40 min tops and really gives you an insight to Whittlesey and surrounding areas history.

Only takes 30 min to walk round this very interesting yest small museum. Gives a real good insite to the local area and its history. If in Whittlesey well worth a visit

As of November 2018 the current ticket prices are £2 for adults and 50p for children. Apparently it was the first adult price rise in 25 years!
