Friendly locals, a good range of ciders and Phil the Landlord was very personable and approachable. We felt immediately at home in the bar and will definitely be returning The pub is not too far from the railway station too

Maybe I missed the point of this pub...Genuine locals pub ? Sports bar ? Whisky connoisseur's paradise? Cheap but not terribly cheerful, this pub was initially completely devoid of customers on a Sunday lunchtime, save for a few old boys wandering in and settling to...More

Golden Arrow beer by Elgoods, kept to perfection and served with a smile at this excellent Whittlesey Pub. Check out the Whiskey bar... it's awesome!

Brilliant local, with always something going on - especially lots of open mic-type events. Loads of whiskies too!

Extremely pleasant pub with everything you would expect, including Sky Sports. Decent choice, reasonable prices, friendly locals, and very welcoming hosts, what more could you ask for? Recommended.

My partner and I booked to stay here on the recommendation of the organiser of a 40's weekend we were attending nearby. By a strange quirk of fate, the landlord and landlady shared the same surname as us which caused much merriment. We arrived late...More
