We had a wonderful morning trekking in trail no 10. Contrary to what the others said we found the trail reasonably well marked and had no trouble finding it. Even at places where we were unsure , some kind hearted trekkers and locals had put...More

We thought this would be a difficult climb but it was just right. Enough challenge to feel a sense of achievement. I agree with person who recommend the maps.me app. It was a big help. Beautiful scenery. Only ugly at the end by power station.

2 tips that have not been mentioned in previous reviews: 1/ use "maps.me" application, it can be used offline thus will not ruin you, it is free and above all it enables you to follow the tracks with extreme precision. This great help for the...More

The first part of the climb was nice and had some great trekking trough the jungle. First part of the path was well marked however we got lost on the top at the electricity pole and ended up taking the road down. Later we heard...More

Trail description was described well by Jessica O review. I would like to add , bring sufficient water for 3 - 4 hrs hike in the forest. Also bring head cover, umbrella or a wide brim hat for the final 2 km walk on paved...More

This is a fun trail to do. Not one of the extreme kind but is can become a little bit of a challenge at some points. Especially when there has been a bit of rain. On the top you get a good view of the...More

Started at 8.30 am. It was not an obvious trail since there were no signs. Luckily we asked around for a bit. (Even some local workers don't know about Trail 10!) We made a wrong turn and ended up at the weather station. (It was...More

Good trial easy to do it. Not indicated but from this trial you can realize the trial 6 which end in the tea plantation.

We tried Trail 4 and 1 of Cameron Highlands - the former was dirty and dangerous in parts (there was a caution sign blocking our way) and trail 1 was closed. By chance we chose Trail 10 for our last day, and this was by...More

We found this trail easily behind Oly Apartments, past a flower garden. We went halfway up the trail, and found a long stretch which was totally slippery (on a slope) because of the overnight rain, and had to turn back. This was a moderately challenging...More

Hi, Ana, You DO NOT need a guide to hike along this trail. It is very clear and well-trodden. Just follow the main trail and do not proceed after you have reached the peak of Mt Jasar. Please refer to my review. Chai.
