Ok to walk but a very small town. It contains some restaurants and one souvenir shop. A bit long to walk from the hotel.

Even though I didn't do any sailing from the marina, I could see that they had a large number of yachts for people to use.

We spent the night here as part of a flotilla. The upside is that it's right by the town square so very close to restaurants, entertainment etc. The downside is the noise from all that doesn't stop until 2 am! Also, the marina lights stay...More

Stopped by for drinks and it is excellent value - you can swim, kayak or walk from the Neilson site and I did all 3.

there is a diving school at Vounaki. the instructor is Greek and knows all the good local places. Maybe contact Neilson and ask for his email...
