great location - beautifull scenery - very clean- saw little or no rubbish, locals very friendly....great eating outlets..including amazing ice cream place, Spirellis...would recommend for families, couples and groups

We hadn’t visited Amble since we were children and the difference is amazing. The harbour and marina area is impressive and the pod shops very unusual. Worth a visit.

Often visit Amble on holiday and always make for these shopping pods. Good selection of different mini-shops. Artist's pod sells lovely prints reasonably priced plus beautiful greetings cards, another has lovely garden & house decorations, cheese pod has vast choice, handbags & jewellery in another...More

Being October not all,of the shops/hits were open but the ones which were offered a variety of wares from jewellery to cheese. Some of the jewellery was made using sea glass and there were some beautiful pieces. Very friendly service.

We were there on a Sunday and all the Harbour Village 'pod' shops were open as were the cafes. There is some new develpment going on near the harbour.

Called to Amble Harbour village yesterday there is a few shops selling a variety of things however a lot were closed when we visited. We will call back up one weekend

I don't live in Amble so I don't know when it is open I am afraid, best to check if they have a website and look on there. Sorry.
