Although this would be a lot more spectacular with a lot more water flowing over,it was still worth the short walk from the car park to have a look. Cannot have it all after a long hot spell!!

You can find plenty of these kinds of falls walks in Canada, but to find one this up close, that is this high, that you can walk under, has seemed a pretty rare find to be here. Steep(ish) walk down from the car park, but...More

I agree with other reviews. The car park is free but small. The falls are free to view. The walk down is narrow, steep and slippery in places. We went behind the falls with children aged 2,4,6 and 7. It was much fun for all....More

Went with our dogs in the rain to see this - unfortunately we and others had to turn around. The large wooden steps aren't mentioned anywhere and aged arthritic dogs don't find it easy climbing up them. However we returned with the youngster and had...More

After visiting the national showcaves I decided we would detour on our way back to visit this place. The small National Trust carpark lies at the start of a challenging walk down to the falls. The gravel surface could be tricky - we encountered one...More

Our quest for beautiful waterfalls with car parks fairly close was fulfilled with a trip to Henrhyd. It had been raining heavily overnight and the day before so it was definitely a waterfall day. We approached from the north and the road for the last...More

LOVE waterfall country, we walked for hours and then when you get to see this waterfall flowing and cascading down we had to get behind it, we got drenched! Then do the walk back and you dry quick enough. Be careful when going near, as...More

Henrhyd waterfalls would I am sure be spectacular because the setting is fantastic however as we are in the middle of a heatwave there was previously little water coming over the falls today. The walk down to the falls is very gravelly so you do...More

For a country famous for its water, it was somewhat lacking today. The scenery is as spectacular as everyone describes, but without the water, it's like gin and tonic without the gin. My bathroom shower is more powerful than the falls today. The walk along...More
