Title says it all. The ferry got us safely from point A to point B but they were just simply rude and sometimes didn't show up at scheduled times.

Loved this ferry ride, only one day out of seven it was having repairs and was not operating. We would have had to pay $12 each way per person by taxi, so just waited until it was fixed, then it was $6 roundtrip per person....More

The captian Ishmeal was great.... so accomidating and pleasent. I stayed in Port Lucaya and the beach is not the best. But, Taino just minutes away on the water taxi is most excellent! I love the beach!

When we were there it was suppose to be down for a week before we got there. Still down our entire week. Had to pay for Taxi's and shuttles.

The ferry is great when it's working. However, it seems to often not be working. To make matters worse, they don't post a sign, so you could just be waiting for a ferry that will never come.

As of 3/11 the ferry was going to be out of commission with an engine problem Duration at least one week. If staying on opposite side of channel ferry was the best way to get to Port of Lucaya. Dampen way for transportation.

t was $12 for two of us round trip. They always left on time. They didn't drive recklessly. Satisfied with this as taxis were so expensive there ($25 from the airport to Taino Resort!)

We took the ferry from Port Lucaya to Taino Beach for the bonfire. The Captain was courteous and professional. His boat runs perfectly on schedule. It's a restful, scenic 6 minute ride.
