The square is a gathering place for Bahamians and tourists alike. There are concerts and other cultural activities in the square, we enjoyed 2 concerts both were quite enjoyable.

Very colorful buildings that you would expect in the Caribbean. Excursion from our cruise ship and several beautiful yachts at the Marina. A band was practicing as we walked the area which made for a festive visit. Several restaurants and bars and nice walking area.

The square is a great place to hang out on Friday or Saturday night. Have a meal at Pisces restaurant and then have some drinks at Rum Runners while you listen to the live music.

They have entertainment Friday-Sunday, a couple restaurants and stores. However, they had several that were closed due to damages and the decline of tourism cause by 2016 Hurricane Matthew damages to major resorts in the area.
