Visited the Gardens and thought it was a very nice escape from the Atlantis grounds. Took the Atlantis shuttle there (private property but they didn't bother us) and walked back in 10-15 minutes. The grounds are big, it's very pretty, and if you enjoy something laid back this is it. It would get 5 stars but on the bay side... More

I had read online that the Versailles Gardens were stunning and a "need to see" experience.... the reviews were correct! This was only a 15 minute walk from Riu and the Beach Towers at Atlantis and it was definitely a stunning and quiet area.

This is part of the One and Only property. It is simply gorgeous and well maintained. You can walk from the ocean to the bay and still be in the One and Only property.

The Versailles Garden is beautiful! You won't find a prettier garden in the Bahamas (from my experience). I walked up and down the gardens two to three times in my 5 day stay!

We visited the Versailles Gardens and French Cloister and allowed an hour to do our walk through. It actually took only about 10 minutes...not a lot to see. Got some great pictures though.

This is the perfect time of year to visit the Gardens. Everything is blooming, the weather is perfect, its the first day of spring and the spring breakers aren't out of school yet. You will be delighted on how many flowers you know.

I would definitely recommend viewing this area if you are on Paradise Island or even downtown looking to get away from the business. Taxis from downtown are only $4 per person and they will drop you off right at this location. We walked back to the Atlantis and it only took about 15 minutes. It is beyond peaceful to walk... More

Rare to see someplace so simple and beautiful. If you are staying at the resort, it is a nice morning walk. If you are not staying there, stop in for ice tea at Dune and check it out!!
