We stumbled upon this beach on our way to go eat dinner on our last night there. It’s easily accessible from the main road and just barely off it. The location had quite a few people who seem to spend the whole day there as...More

We decided to walk from the port past the shops to Junkanoo beach. It was a 20-25 minutes walk and signs to the beach were clearly marked and easy to follow. It's a decent beach, water was clear and clean. It started raining just as...More

I walked past this beach and just kept walking. There was garbage all over the place and run down shacks with people trying to sell you stuff... when I come to the beach I like to relax and not be bothered by annoying vendors. This...More

The water itself is beautiful. The beach wasn't relaxing in my opinion more of a party atmosphere. There was a DJ playing loud music and lots of people drinking and kind of crowded. It also faces the cruise port and looks somewhat industrial which takes...More

We went to Junkanoo at night for a festival. It was awesome. We saw a parade with dancers and a band. There were tons of street vendors with amazing food and drinks. I didn’t see any beach but that was because we were there at...More

Busy busy beach with lots of people and activities. Water is gorgeous. Watersports like paddle boards and kayaks. A lot of little beach huts to get sky juice, pina coladas, bahama mamas and beers - at tourist prices, not local prices. Cash is preferred, small...More

Now very popular, the crowds have grown. Junkanoo Beach has beautiful clear blue water, powdery white sand beach, free clean restrooms and showers, good prices for food, drinks, and beach rentals. We ate and drank at "Crab 'n Tings" on the beach. Great food, drinks...More

So I just got back from a cruise on the Royal Caribbean and my husband and I stopped by this beach for a dip after a walk back in the hot sun from the Queen’s staircase in Nassau. The water was crystal clear and very...More

Have been here several times.Walking distance from cruise port. Lounge chair rental 10$. Bathrooms available and water sport rentals available. Easy to get to for budget minded cruisers. See "Special K" near holiday inn and marriot. She will take care of your chairs and drinks.

We visited from the cruise ship we were on, and as it's a public beach, I don't think it would be included with any all inclusive package, but it's worth going to visit for the day!!
