We walked here from our cruise ship, having no interest in trekking to Atlantis or other resorts. It was a pleasant reward after walking through town. There's no fee, which is good. However. it's small, the beach is not well maintained with some trash and...More

Nice white sands, lively areas and tranquil areas. Water was calm and the most delightful colors. Close to downtown and budget hotels but avoid the Nassau Palms!

This is a place to meet the locals and find out where to eat and what to do. And Its not crowed either. However, its downtown. You can watch the cruise ships come in and out too.

Walking distance from downtown. Small, popular with tourists. Limited services...chairs for rent, bathroom, very small bar where they seem to push beer and drink specials and some limited food. However The Fish Fry is a short further walking distance where the drink and food options...More

Only seen it from the tour bus but it looks amazing just like all the other beaches. You can see all the cruise ships from this spot.

We went here and hung out for a while. A bit more populated but it was a nice more local feel for us. We had some pit beef at a local stand and talked to the owner for about an hour. I would recommend going!

This is a free public (and often uncrowded) beach area that's close to the downtown port of Nassau. You can rent beach chairs if you like and get a drink at one of the outdoor shacks. While not glitzy like Atlantis, or Cable Beach, it's...More

On a recent cruise ship stop we visited Junkanoo Beach. This beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the end of the pier. (Note our ship was the last one in so it was also a 10-15 walk from our ship to the end...More

We visited from the cruise ship we were on, and as it's a public beach, I don't think it would be included with any all inclusive package, but it's worth going to visit for the day!!
