We really just wanted to go to a beach without doing a shore excursion on our cruise. We asked around and were directed to Junkanoo Beach. I'm fairly certain we were the only cruise ship passengers there, though there were tourists from the nearby hotels....More

Excellent beach for anyone visiting. The beach is beautiful and the bar scene filled with island music. $10 will rent a lounge chair and umbrella for the day. Enoigh beer stands and tiki huts for any crowd. If you are getting off a cruise and...More

This is such a beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of stands with local crafts and food. The people there were not pushy with their stands like they are in the main market.

This is a narrow crystal sand beach that is very popular with cruise ship due to its proximity to downtown Nassau. Consequently it is crowded many days since the Nassau docks can receive as many as eight cruise ships on any one day. There are...More

This is another one of my favorite beaches to visit. Beautiful crystal clear water and very friendly staff all over the beach. I ended up spending the day just chilling trying the local food and drinks. This is definitely one of the places I plan...More

We were extremely disappointed with this beach. It is within walking distance of the cruise ports, which is the nicest thing I can say about it. There were 5 ships in Nassau when we were there, so the beach was very crowded. The farthest end...More

Nice little beach. The water is very pretty. There are bars and volleyball. Is a walk-able distance from the port.

We visited from the cruise ship we were on, and as it's a public beach, I don't think it would be included with any all inclusive package, but it's worth going to visit for the day!!
