How easy is it to get in and out of the boat when snorkeling? I will be traveling with some older individuals and want to make sure they do not have a difficult time. Thanks.

They have to be able to navigate a few narrow steps. I had tore some ligaments the day before so it was a little more difficult for me to put pressure on one of my legs but I managed with help.
