It really needs some tender, loving care. I understand they will be refurbishing it, I hope so. They need to preserve their history.

Ft. Christian is part of a walking in Charlotte Amalie, be sure to bring plenty water and be in decent shape, as there are many hills to climb.

I hope they'll be including more information for visitors when it is completed. All we could see was the outside of the bldg and we only learned about its significance through reading tourist magazines and guides. It is downtown and an easy stop for anything...More

I do not believe so. Iam told a small part of the fort is opened only for paid tours that have remade appointments. Badger bob.
