If you love seeing how places were in another century, this is for you. The staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. I love coming here and walking the grounds.

This place is a must see to learn about life on the island many years ago. The main house was damaged in n the hurricane but the rest of the grounds were in perfect shape. Homemade soup and candy are just two of the highlights.

It is not within walking distance. Maybe a 10 minute drive from pier. Tout itself doesn't take but 30 minutes, however there are ruins and buildings you can look at also.
