Took Big Beards tour out here. Great crew, the island itself offers some stunning scenery both on land and in the water with a coral reef that offers an underwater trail unique to anything I have seen. Similar by different to the scuba trail in...More

Spent a great day snorkeling the reef. Fun underwater signs to help identify what fish and coral you are seeing. Guides made sure all was safe and were attentive to all details. Good barbecue after. I would recommend.

The beauty and colors might have been enough, but the sand was like walking on velvet! The trip was truly like being treated to an afternoon in paradise.

The company that took us out to Buck Island was very nice and explained the reef to us. I think the reef has been harmed by the hurricane. It was not very pretty not did it have the sea life one might expect. It was...More

There’s much dead coral but lots of beautiful fish and fun coral to see. One of the passengers with us saw a shark but we didn’t. It was rough the day we were there but still lots of fun.

We arrived here via a charter boat. The beach is beautiful but do be aware there are some trees on the island that are not safe. It was pointed out to us that many had picnic table directly underneath them. We snorkeled and swam. It...More

Not at Buck Island. It is uninhabited and unstaffed. It is an island and beach. Oh, and there is actually a restroom hut! Come here for the beach and snorkeling, not to get your book stamped...

The beach is lovely but when you go on the excursions you don't stay on it very long. Just to practice snorkeling and then they sail to the reef.
