If you are going to pick a place to snorkel, this is it.

We saw just about everything you want to see on a snorkel trip including a nurse shark, barracuda and sting ray. Really cool place with great beach to walk.

You know how when a movie comes out and all you hear is what a great movie it is, but when you see it for yourself you wonder what all the hype was about? That's how I felt about the snorkeling at Buck Island. We made this number one on our list of things to do when we came to... More

Did see biggest lobster ever seen in all my travels, but few fish and reef is definitely in trouble. I was impressed with how much care and teaching is given to tour about protecting the reef. I would not suggest touring this reef for children. It takes a fair amount of strength to snorkel here. Surf was strong at the... More

The snorkeling was great! Our guide even extended our tour since we all seemed fine. Showed us how to catch a lobster and dove down to the bottom. Beautiful day on the water. Be sure to wear your sunscreen especially on the back of your legs!!!

The beach is lovely. We took a Big Beard's excursion to the island and spend some time exploring (be careful of the thorns). Then we went around to the reef/national monument to snorkel. The water is rough (almost always) but there is a lot to see and it is very interesting. The coral isn't what it used to be (they... More

One of the most beautiful beaches! We snorkeled with Caribbean Sea Adventures and then relaxed on the beach. The snorkeling is great! There are restrooms, some shade, and some picnic tables at the beach area. I would definitely recommend coming here even if you don't want to snorkel. The beach is so pretty and the water is heavenly!

The underwater park is so clean and clear, the fish are so many you forget to count the different one. The national parks service is to be commended for the wonderful place.
