A beautiful calm bay in Tobago. It has seating and clear, blue water. It's a nice little drive from Scarborough or Crown Point but it is so worth it!

I stayed at the Hotel so it was a short walk from the grounds to the beach. It is a small beach with clear water. The waves are not too rough.

This small bay is way better than my experience at Pegion point. The water is clear and nice. There's a small reef if u swim out and there or nice fishes to see. Walk with a snorkel set. Can't wait to go back.

This is a great beach - great snorkelling to the left end, and the Anchor Bar has great food and a great local vibe! Highly recommend a visit here! There is a machineel tree to the right end, but still nice to walk down that way looking for beachy treasure.

We had a rental car for three days. On the first day we headed up the Caribbean coast from our hotel near the airport. The first beach of any size that we reached was Mount Irvine Bay. This consisted of two parts with the Mount Irvine Hotel in the middle. You can park down a track near the start of the first part of the beach. We had a very pleasant swim in the calm water. Although the sea has a sandy bottom, it is always a good idea to wear swim shoes to deal with occasional stones and pieces of broken coral. The sky was blue. Hardly anyone else was on our section of the beach. We had a good time there.

I would highly recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I would especially like to thank Deon who made our stay comfortable. He arranged for a change of room, and late check out at no extra cost, always willing to help with a smile. Thank you Deon! Mount Irvine beach few minutes walk and very private. Hotel clean and relaxing. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed snorkeling in Mt. Irvine Bay. Its coral formations attract a great \variety of fish, both large and small. This was one of the best snorkeling locations we found on Tobago

Mount Irvine is so beautiful and relaxing. I love how clean the entire beach is, but I would hope that they complete the bar soon to a more comfortable arrangement, especially since it will face the northerly direction where the sun usually will be, and hopefully they will consider some additional shade for patrons of the bar.

Stayed at Mount Irvine Hotel so this was our local beach but well used by tourists and locals alike. This meant complimentary comfortable sun beds and umbrella, and the hotels food and drink facility, but there was a lot more - good sandy and well-tended beach, clear warm water and some snorkeling close to the beach. Beyond this little corner of the bay was a water sports facility (and local football pitch), fresh fish for sale at the roadside behind the beach, and at the far end of the bay 5 minutes walk away a surfers beach (with real surf) and local food stalls. Some days it also became a chapel with full immersion baptisms. Beautiful and fascinating

Lovely location with sunbeds under beautiful almond trees. Small restaurant serving cheap but well cooked lunches. I have not given it five stars as the swimming is restricted to a smallish area and rocky underfoot. Otherwise excellent
