The location of Asa Wright is in an elevated position, so cooler than at sea level which was refreshing for us. We spent 3 nights in this idyllic resort in the middle of the rainforest and wished we could have stayed longer. We had an...More

The hummingbirds are cute. We did the nature walk with a knowledgeable nature guide who could attract birds. We also saw impressive plants and flowers--and the bat that flies during the day.

it's not strenuous - a gentle incline to walk down then back up less than a kilometer. trails are wide and clear. lots of beautiful flowers and birds along the way.
