Had to go due to a funeral but went very early. Looked around this very old lovely building, wow the jewel in the crown for the pope. The odd twist and turns showing the building and the master builders who built it is awesome A very heavenly place to contemplate long may it remain

This cathedral caught my eye when passing by, due to the unusual bell tower. It is different from other churches in neighbouring islands and it is a good example of colonial architecture

Another Caribbean cathedral undergoing extensive repairs. It was not possible to see what it will be like or was like in the past. Lots of steps

The Church is only about 20 minutes from the cruise dock. It also just across the road from St.Mary's Church which is worth a visit as well. St.George's is currently being renovated, although it has really got started yet. However, this is still a lovely church and one I enjoyed.

St George's Anglican Cathedral, an 1820 Georgian-style structure, is adorned with stained glass windows. It is in need of repair but well worth a visit.

This great church is in the centre of Kingstown the capital. It is shabby inside and clearly neefs some help but in some ways itvadds to the charm. Read some of the tomb stones inside the church on the walls they give a fascinating history of the island.

This cathedral is over 200 years old. It has many interesting features, Look for the red angel window, and ge the history about it. I just heard it was closed for structural repairs only 5 weeks after I was there. Hope it opens again soon.

A wander around the graveyard and the sounds of a Sunday service to accompany us made it an enjoyable visit if a little thought-provoking. Untouched by the frenetic activity of the town, it felt like a step back in time.
